      void applyPatch(File file1, File file2, String osName) throws Exception
      patch 는 각 platform 마다 다르다. Artifact Template 의 이름을 이용하여 찾는다. TemplateInfo Name : Template Name + itemType.getName() 
      
 plugman install --platform <ios|android|blackberry10|wp7|wp8> --project <directory> --plugin
 <name|url|path> [--plugins_dir <directory>] [--www <directory>] [--patch <file>] [--variable <name>=<value>
 [--variable <name>=<value> ...]]
      Parameters:
      file1 - patch 를 적용할 project 경로
      file2 - patch 파일이 있는 template 경로
      osName - 대상 platform(OS) 이름
      Throws:
      Exception - patch 적용 중 오류가 발생한 경우
