getValue() 의 값에 filter 처리를 하여 내보낸다. 출력시에 각 item 의 attribute 에 따른 처리를 하여 출력을 한다. 이 method 는 reference 와 같은 경우 처리하기 위하여 도입되었다.

Parameters:

type - pipeline type

locale - 출력 locale

seq - filter 처리할 문자열, null 이면 value 를 사용한다.

Returns:

filter 처리된 값
