Notification 모듈의 Spring 설정. 사용하는 쪽에서 @Import(NotificationConfiguration.class) 하면 된다.

Thymeleaf 의 SpringTemplateEngine 은 일부러 bean 으로 노출하지 않는다 - web 쪽의 Boot autoconfig engine 과 충돌하지 않도록 NotificationRenderer 가 내부에서만 사용한다.
