A FederatedId has this format: DOMAIN-CODE-ID For example: nannet.co.kr-PACS-1 The domain can also be null.

      id 문자열로 FederatedId 를 생성한다. "1", "PACS-1", "nannet.co.kr-PACS-1" 형식을 지원한다.
      Parameters:
      id - item id 문자열

      domain, prefix, count 로 FederatedId 를 생성한다.
      Parameters:
      domain - domain, 없으면 null
      prefix - module code
      count - module 내의 item sequence
