      Localized[] getLocalized(Locale locale) throws TorqueException
      locale 에 해당하는 localized 정보를 구한다.
      Parameters:
      locale - 대상 locale
      Returns:
      localized array [ module, itemType, global ] by order name, description etc 등등이 어떠한 것은 name 만 어떤것은 description 만 등록되어 있는 경우 module > itemType > global 의 순서로 구조를 지원하기 위하여 array 를 도입하였다. 0 의 것이 고유 자신의 것이다.
      Throws:
      TorqueException - 조회 중 오류가 발생한 경우
