public class DependTypeMatchingConditionValve extends ConditionalValve
Dependancy.xml 에서 Depend 의 DependType 에 따라 sub pipeline 을 선택한다. 
 <valve value="QUIZ_SHEET" pipeline="/com/easydesk/workflow/depend/QuizSheetDepend.xml">com.easydesk.workflow.pipeline.depend.DependTypeMatchingConditionValve</valve>

value 는 DependTypeEnum 의 이름 또는 DependType id 이다. (old) xml 에는 id (4, 5, 21, 30, 45) 가 적혀 있었는데 현재 DependTypeEnum 의 id 가 바뀌었으므로 ( QUIZ_SHEET 14, QUIZ_QUIZ_GROUP 15, GROUP_CURRICULUM_RELATION 31, STEP_PLAN_STUDY_PLAN 40, BASKET_ITEM 55 ) 이름을 쓰는 것을 권장한다.

(old) shouldInvoke(Pouch) -> (new) ConditionalValve.select(PipelineData)
