public class CordovaPluginOptionExecuter extends BaseOptionExecuter
System 에 Global CordovaPlugin 이 등록될 때 처리되는 로직

Artifactizable + Optionable 을 처리한다. 이 Option 의 속성을 가지고 있는 모든 ItemType 에 추가된 Option 을 등록하고, 모든 Module 에 전파한다.

(old) ita.add(option) / rma.add(option) -> (new) ItemTypeOptionFactory / ModuleOptionFactory ( BaseSystemOptionExecuter 와 동일 )
