    Null 또는 "" 이 아닌 어떠한 값이 설정되면 항상 true 따라서 ANY 가 설정되면 대응값은 반듯이 존재하여야 한다.
    BELOW
    보다 작은 값
    EQUAL
    같은 값 (반듯이 일치하여야 한다 )
    EQUAL_BELOW
    같거나 작은 값
    EQUAL_OVER
    같거나 큰 값
    EXCEPT
    설정된 것을 제외한 모든 다른 어떠한 값 true 값과 일치하면 false OptionAttribute 의 경우 Option 값 이 설정되어 있으면 설정된 Option 에 대하여 비교값은 항상 false
    EXCLUDE
    RangeAttribute 상위조건 더하기 제외한 것 ( 상위 조건을 동시에 적용한다. ) Option 인 경우 BELOW 와 동일하다.

      public static final Condition.Type ANY
      Null 또는 "" 이 아닌 어떠한 값이 설정되면 항상 true 따라서 ANY 가 설정되면 대응값은 반듯이 존재하여야 한다. ANY , '$' 로 설정한다. 반대는 즉 어떠한 값이 설정되면 항상 false 가 나오는 것은 EQUAL , EmptyCond 이다.
