Permission 전용 SecuritySet 구현체. Permission 의 PK 타입은 Integer 로 고정되어 있으므로 K 제네릭을 Integer 로 지정한다.

If the given collection contains multiple objects that have the same id or name, only the first one is added.

Parameters:

permissions - A collection of permissions to be contained in the set.
