EASYDESK-5730 현재 가지고 있는 Role 과 추가되는 Role 을 포함한 List 를 만든다. 이때 한 RoleSet 에는 unique 한 Role 을 보장한다. 즉 Guest/Member/Staff/Owner, HelpDesk,Supervisor,Root 인 경우 Member, HelpDesk 2개의 Role 은 가질 수 있으나 Member, Staff 은 허용하지 않는다. 즉 이 Method 는 이러한 동작을 보장한다.
